Health Coaching with Tori is a privately owned practice founded in ‘23 in Rhinelander, WI. We focus on improving client health outcomes and providing support to those on personal health journeys. As a national board certified health and wellness coach, working with clients to help them improve various areas of their lifestyle physically, mentally, and spiritually and helping others take the necessary steps to reach their optimal level of wellness is our passion. 

Whether it be support in general health and wellness areas, including nutrition and fitness, habit and behavior change, chronic disease management, setting boundaries in unhealthy relationships, stress management, parental support, overcoming emotional adversities or financial hardships, elderly patient companionship, or patient support in the medical setting, I look forward to helping bridge the gap between clients, their health related goals, and ideal lifestyles by providing empathetic support and accurate health information and resources.
